Before placing your order, please take a moment to review the information below. These guidelines will help ensure a smooth ordering process and answer many of our most frequently asked questions.
🛒 Placing Your Order
At S&P Crafty Party Favors, every item is made to order and personalized just for you. To ensure the best experience, please review the following before placing your order:
- Select your desired product(s) and quantity.
- Complete all required personalization fields.
- Upload your photo(s), if applicable.
- Review your order carefully before checking out.
- If you have a custom request or can't find exactly what you're looking for, please contact us before placing your order.
Most party favors are sold by the dozen unless otherwise noted. Our packages are sold as listed and cannot be substituted. If you'd like additional items, many products are available separately in our Build Your Own collections.
🎨 Customization & Personalization
Every order is custom designed to match your unique vision. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, baby shower, graduation, memorial, wedding, family reunion, or another special occasion, we'll create a design that's personalized just for you.
To help us bring your vision to life, please provide:
- Your event theme
- Preferred color scheme
- Names, dates, or wording you'd like included
- Any additional details or special requests
You're welcome to upload inspiration photos or examples, but we will create an original design rather than copy another designer's work.
Please double-check all spelling, names, and dates before submitting your order, as we'll personalize your items using the information you provide.
📸 Photo Upload Guidelines
Many of our products allow you to include personal photos as part of your custom design. To achieve the best print quality, please follow these guidelines:
- Upload high-resolution, clear, and well-lit photos.
- Avoid blurry, dark, pixelated, or heavily filtered images.
- Screenshots and images downloaded from social media may result in lower print quality.
- We print your photos as they are received and cannot improve poor-quality images.
If you're experiencing any issues uploading your photos during checkout, please email them to nique@spcraftypartyfavors.com and include your order number in the subject line or message so we can match them to your order.
🚚 Processing & Shipping
Every order is custom made just for you. Because each item is personalized, processing times vary depending on the size and complexity of your order.
Please keep the following in mind:
- Processing time begins after your order is placed and all customization details have been received.
- Orders are shipped only after they have been completed.
- If your event is approaching, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
- Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information by email.
While we do our best to meet every deadline, S&P Crafty Party Favors is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
📝 Proofs & Order Approval
Your satisfaction is important to us! Before your order goes into production, a digital proof will be emailed for every custom item you purchase.
Your proof allows you to review your design and verify:
- Spelling and grammar
- Names and dates
- Colors and wording
- Photos (if applicable)
- Overall design layout
Please review your proof carefully. Once your proof has been approved, production will begin. Any changes requested after approval may result in additional fees and/or production delays.
To avoid delays, please respond to your proof as soon as possible. Production will not begin until your proof has been approved.

How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during busy seasons. If your event is approaching, please contact us before placing your order.
Can I request a completely custom design?
Absolutely! Every order is custom designed to match your event theme, colors, and personalization. If you have a unique idea, we'd love to bring it to life.
Do I receive a proof before my order is made?
Yes! Every custom item includes a complimentary digital proof for your approval before production begins.
Can I make changes after approving my proof?
Once a proof has been approved, production begins. Any requested changes after approval may result in additional fees and/or production delays.
Can I use my own photos?
Yes! Simply upload high-resolution photos when placing your order. If you experience any issues uploading them, email them to

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We proudly ship throughout the United States.
Can I order additional matching items later?
In many cases, yes! Contact us before placing your additional order, and we'll do our best to match your previous design.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders may be available depending on our production schedule. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
