These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.spcraftypartyfavors.com and any purchase made from S&P Crafty Party Favors LLC ("S&P," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Returns Policy.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services.
1. Eligibility & Acceptable Use
You must be the age of majority in your state or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this website.
You agree not to:
- Use this website for unlawful purposes.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the website.
- Upload malicious software or harmful code.
- Violate the rights of S&P Crafty Party Favors or any third party.
2. Custom Orders, Proofs & Personalization
Nearly every product we create is custom designed specifically for you.
Please provide accurate personalization details, including names, dates, colors, wording, themes, and photos when placing your order.
Every custom order includes a complimentary digital proof before production begins.
Minor revisions, such as spelling corrections or small color adjustments, are included at no additional charge.
Major revisions, including theme changes, replacing photos after a proof has been created, or multiple redesign requests, may result in a design fee beginning at $15.
Production will not begin until your proof has been approved. Delays in approving your proof may affect your estimated delivery date.
Please review every proof carefully before providing final approval.
3. Processing & Shipping
Every order is custom made specifically for you, and we take great pride in creating high-quality personalized products for every customer.
Our current estimated processing times are:
- Digital Products: 2–5 business days
- Custom Party Favors, Drinkware, Memorial Items, Party Packages, Personalized School Supplies, and Other Custom Products: 7–14 business days
Processing time begins once your order has been placed and all required customization details have been received.
Every custom order includes a complimentary digital proof before production begins. Production will not start until your proof has been approved. Delays in approving your proof may affect your estimated delivery date.
Shipping transit time is in addition to processing time and is determined by the shipping carrier selected at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
While we carefully package every order, S&P Crafty Party Favors is not responsible for shipping delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your event date is approaching, please contact us before placing your order to confirm current production availability and discuss rush order options, if available.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Product Availability
Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.
Applicable sales tax will be collected where required by law.
If pricing or inventory errors occur, we reserve the right to cancel or refund any affected order.
5. Orders & Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order suspected of fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale, or misuse.
For orders totaling $200 or more, we may require a signed client agreement and verification of the purchaser's identity before production begins.
Orders containing inaccurate, fraudulent, or unverifiable information may be canceled and refunded.
6. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and trusted third-party payment providers available at checkout.
S&P Crafty Party Favors does not store your complete credit or debit card information.
7. Digital Products
Digital downloads are delivered electronically and are considered final sale.
Unless otherwise stated, digital products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not:
- Resell
- Redistribute
- Share
- Modify for resale
- Claim our designs as your own
without written permission from S&P Crafty Party Favors.
8. Refunds, Cancellations & Damaged Orders
Because our products are personalized, custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact nique@spcraftypartyfavors.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
We'll review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including product designs, photographs, graphics, logos, text, digital downloads, and other materials—is the property of S&P Crafty Party Favors LLC or used with permission.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without our written consent.
10. Customer Content
By submitting photos, logos, artwork, reviews, testimonials, or other content, you confirm that you have permission to use those materials.
You grant S&P Crafty Party Favors a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted content for purposes including designing your products, fulfilling your order, and, unless otherwise requested, showcasing completed work on our website and social media.
If you prefer that your completed order not be shared for promotional purposes, simply let us know when placing your order.
11. Third-Party Services
Our website may include links to third-party websites, apps, or services.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of those third-party providers.
12. Disclaimer
We strive to provide accurate information and high-quality products; however, we cannot guarantee that our website will always operate without interruption or error.
Actual printed colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, printer variations, lighting, and material differences.
Products and services are provided "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, S&P Crafty Party Favors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
