Return Policy


Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return, except for custom-made or personalized items, which are non-returnable unless damaged during shipping.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.


How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at nique@spcraftypartyfavors.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

Custom or personalized products

Perishable or edible items (e.g., treats, snacks)

Personal care or hygiene items

Hazardous materials

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original product. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for your preferred item.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
