Each item we create is designed with care and attention to detail. Please review the following policies before placing your order.


πŸ›οΈ Custom Orders

All of our items are made to order.

Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

If your event date or theme changes, please notify us immediately. We can adjust your order only if production has not started.

> For orders totaling $200 or more, a signed client agreement and matching photo ID may be required before production begins. Matching payment credentials (name on card, ID, or Zelle sender) must be verified to help prevent fraudulent activity.


πŸ•’ Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Typical processing times are:

Digital products: 2–5 business days

Custom physical orders: 7–14 business days

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Once an item is shipped, S&P Crafty Party Favors is not responsible for postal delays, damage during transit, or lost/stolen packages.

Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

All digital downloads and templates are final sale.

Because files are delivered instantly, no refunds or cancellations can be issued.

🎨 Proof & Approval Policy

To ensure your satisfaction, we send a proof for approval prior to printing.

Minor changes (e.g., font adjustments, spelling corrections, color tweaks) are allowed at no cost.

Major design changes (e.g., complete theme changes, photo swaps after edits, or multiple redesigns) will incur a $15+ design fee.

You have 72 hours to approve your proof. After that, your order will be printed and shipped as-is.

> Tip: Please be as specific as possible when describing your vision and include any inspiration photos, invitations, or examples you’d like us to match.


πŸ’³ Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage you to reach out directly atΒ nique@spcraftypartyfavors.com for any order-related concerns.

We strive to resolve all issues amicably.

If a chargeback is filed without prior communication:

Future orders from that customer may be canceled or refused.

Fraudulent chargebacks will result in legal action under New Jersey law.

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
