Thank you for choosing S&P Crafty Party Favors LLC! Every order is custom designed and handcrafted with care to help make your celebration unforgettable. Please review our policy before placing your order.

🛍️ Custom & Personalized Orders

All products are made to order and personalized specifically for you.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on personalized items unless an error was made by S&P Crafty Party Favors or your order arrives damaged.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if production has not yet begun. Once production has started, changes, cancellations, or refunds cannot be guaranteed.

For orders totaling $200 or more, S&P Crafty Party Favors may require a signed client agreement and a valid photo ID before production begins. Payment information may also be verified to help protect against fraudulent transactions.

📝 Digital Proof Approval

Every custom order includes a complimentary digital proof before production begins.

Your proof gives you the opportunity to review:

  • Spelling and grammar
  • Names and dates
    • Colors and wording
    • Photos (if applicable)
    • Overall design layout

    Please review your proof carefully. Once your proof has been approved, production will begin.

    Minor revisions, such as spelling corrections or small color adjustments, are included at no additional charge.

    Major revisions, including theme changes, replacing photos after a proof has been created, or multiple redesign requests, may incur a design fee starting at $15.

    Production will not begin until your proof has been approved. Delays in approving your proof may affect your estimated delivery date.

    🚚 Processing & Shipping

    Every order is custom made specifically for you.

    Current processing times are displayed throughout our website and begin once your order has been placed and all required customization details have been received. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

    While we carefully package every order, S&P Crafty Party Favors is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our control.

    💻 Digital Products

    Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads, templates, and printable files are final sale.

    No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once digital products have been delivered.

    If you experience difficulty accessing your files, please contact us at nique@spcraftypartyfavors.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.

    📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

    If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nique@spcraftypartyfavors.com.

    Please include:

    • Your order number
    • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
    • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

    Once reviewed, we'll work quickly to resolve the issue.

    💳 Payment Disputes

    Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute.

    Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed using documentation including approved proofs, order communications, shipment tracking, and delivery confirmation. Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks may be restricted from placing future orders with S&P Crafty Party Favors.

    These policies and any disputes arising from purchases made through S&P Crafty Party Favors are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

    By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies.
